1. SEARCH JOBS

2. APPLY

Once you’ve identified an opportunity of interest, you can submit your profile online. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your application. The email will contain instructions on how to check the status of your application at any time.

3. INTERVIEWING

You will participate in an interview process that may include one or more of the following: phone screen, webcam interview, skills assessment and/or in-person interview.

4. OFFER

If you’re selected for the position, a Talent Acquisition Team member will contact you with an offer of employment, contingent upon satisfactory completion of a health evaluation, references, and background check. If you’re not selected, you will be notified by a member of our team.

5. ONBOARDING

Once you’ve accepted an offer, you will receive information outlining the onboarding process. Your Onboarding Specialist will meet with you as you begin your journey with Boston Medical Center.
