Reimbursement Analyst I Payment Systems Full time\Days

Description

Provide financial analysis on various revenue models, and monthly accounts receivable valuation. Interpret and maintain compliance with Federal regulations defining criteria for Graduate Medical Education reimbursement. Assist in year-end financial audit and other third party audits that affect The Medical Center's revenue and settlements. Provide ad hoc financial analysis in the areas of budgeting, financial planning, and insurance rate negotiations. Work with various externally licensed software programs in the completion of these functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 1- 2 years of experience in financial setting.

Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations with which the cost reports must comply.Good interpersonal skills and analytical abilities, and understanding of internal reporting relationships and familiarity with reimbursement methodologies
